With a medically assisted treatment, a team of clinicians monitors the participants' blood pressure and heart rate while they are in withdrawal.
Everyone is treated by a team consisting of licensed medical providers, therapists and licensed chemical dependency counselors.
We understand how difficult drug and alcohol abuse can be for both teens and their parents. That is why we incorporate the whole family unit in our treatment, with our family-intensive week.
We have a team of providers and nurses, and a psychiatrist on hand. All teens receive 24/7 support from our professional team.
Clearfork Academy is an outdoor adventure program that serves adolescent boys and girls who are 13- 17 years old. We provide substance use treatment and help for teens experiencing anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. We offer a faith based, therapeutic environment for youth struggling with the physical, mental, social, and spiritual bonds of chemical dependency and mental health. It is a structured and supportive environment to include individual, family, group therapies, and evidence-based programming.

Clearfork Academy was born out of a lifelong passion and calling that began decades ago. Pursuing my personal calling led me to ministry in church and eventually to professional ministry as a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe God called me to create Clearfork Academy to cultivate life in addicted teens and their families by guiding them towards Christ through biblical community and clinical therapy.
Our mission at Clearfork Academy’s Rehab for Teens in Fort Worth is straightforward – to lead adolescents to a new LEGACY. We define these legacies through H.U.S.T.L.E. and Fun, which represent Honor, Unity, Sacrifice, Transparency, Legacy, Excellence, and Fun. We strive to honor God, ourselves, and others in all our actions. We seek common unity among clients and staff to ensure everyone feels supported and encouraged. We commit to going above and beyond in helping clients reach mental, physical, social, and spiritual health. We are transparent with ourselves and others, knowing that every action we take is measured against our commitment to a lasting and positive legacy. We promise excellence by never taking shortcuts in our interactions, programs, and treatment of each other. We believe that without fun, our calling is just a job, and so we incorporate enjoyment into our work.
At Clearfork Academy, we strategically engage with chemically dependent teens and their families, friends, and churches. We are founded on the principle that traditional short-term therapies do not produce authentic heart change. Our approach focuses on long-term treatment, giving our team of professional clinicians sufficient time to address issues such as distorted thinking, dysfunctional behavior, and, most importantly, deeper issues of the heart.
