Alicja graduated from Texas Women’s University with a M.S. in Counseling and Development with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. The main counseling theory that Alicja utilizes is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Alicja has experience working with preteens and teenagers from ages 12-18. Alicja’s experience includes mental health and SUD counseling with Denton County in different areas such as probation, alternative schooling, and the juvenile facility. Alicja has served teenage clients in the PHP/IOP setting for 2 years. When not at work, Alicja spends time with family and friends, serving at church, and catching up on all the latest Marvel shows and movies.
