Anna received a Bachelor of Science in Human Development, Family Studies and Rehabilitation Services from Texas Tech University and a Master of Social Work from Texas Tech University. Anna approaches clinical work with a blend of humanistic principles utilizing Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused Therapy, creating a supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, harness strengths, and envision a future aligned with their aspirations. By employing exception-seeking to amplify internal motivation and valuing the therapeutic rapport as pivotal, Anna cultivates an environment of empathy and active listening. When not at work Anna enjoys exercising, gardening, and volunteering at her church.
