Chalee Rivers, BSN, RN, serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Clearfork Academy’s Fort Worth campus. With 18 years of experience in the medical field, Chalee has held various roles, including Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Licensed Vocational Nurse, and Registered Nurse. Over the past 11 years as an RN, she has dedicated her career to mental health and substance use, focusing on leadership, standardization, interventions, and achieving quality outcomes. Chalee is a board member at CHCP and has advocated for behavioral health needs in Washington, D.C., and Austin, Texas. Passionate about improving the lives of patients and families impacted by substance use and mental illness, Chalee sees her role at Clearfork Academy as a new journey opened by God. Additionally, Chalee holds a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, demonstrating her commitment to excellence and process improvement in healthcare.
