Heather received a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Rogers State University in 2017, and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Tarleton State University in 2023. Heather’s theoretical approach is utilizing person-centered, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gestalt techniques. Heather’s priority is fostering a safe space for a strong therapeutic relationship to build awareness and change during the therapeutic process. When not at work, Heather enjoys reading, hiking, playing soccer, and spending time with her husband, 4 children, and dog, Noble.
