Jacy received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Journalism from Texas A&M University in 2003 and graduated with her Master of Arts in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University in 2005. Jacy has experience working with adults dealing with substance abuse issues, running both groups and individual therapy for an Intensive Outpatient Program. Her approach to therapy encompasses Family Systems, CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. When not at work, Jacy enjoys teaching group exercise fitness classes, working out, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her kids and grandbaby.
