Megan came to Clearfork Academy with a wealth of knowledge in residential operations and was ready for the next step. Her career in the industry began as a Behavioral Health Tech and moved quickly into management positions. Prior to Clearfork she worked in admissions, managed BHT staff, was a Director of Alumni and Discharge, and she ran a sober living facility for several years. Decisions she makes in her current role are driven by her knowledge of what it is like to be a BHT. This mindset has proved to be invaluable to operations. She is enrolled in college working on a Business Management degree. Megan enjoys doing CrossFit, watching movies at home and spending time with her dog Winnie. She is passionate about learning all aspects of the treatment industry and spending time developing her team members.
