She serves as Clearfork Academy’s Clinical Director of Outpatient Services, leading PHP and IOP programs that support adolescents with complex mental health, trauma, co-occurring substance use, and neurodevelopmental needs. 

She earned her MSW from Baylor University and specializes in trauma-informed care, attachment, and complex mental health. Rachelle is trained in EMDR and TBRI and is a Certified Dialectical Behavioral Treatment (C-DBT) clinician. 

Passionate about clinical excellence and collaboration, she is dedicated to helping adolescents build healthier, more hopeful futures. Outside of work, she enjoys city life with her daughter and two pugs.
