Tonya Martin serves as the Executive Director of Clearfork Academy – Fort Worth, where she is dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to adolescents and their families. She is committed to creating a supportive environment where every individual is treated with dignity, respect, and clinical excellence. 

With more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, Tonya began her career as a firefighter and paramedic before transitioning into nursing. She has spent over a decade serving as an Emergency Department Director, leading multidisciplinary teams while providing exceptional patient care in high-pressure medical settings. 

Tonya holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and is both a Registered Nurse (RN) and a Licensed Paramedic. In recent months, she has transitioned into the behavioral health field, following a calling inspired by both personal experiences and a passion for helping individuals overcome mental health and substance use challenges. 

Throughout her career, Tonya has worked extensively with individuals experiencing mental health conditions and substance use disorders. She is passionate about guiding adolescents and families through the recovery process, providing compassionate leadership and helping them build a foundation for lasting healing and hope.
