With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she began her career as a firefighter and paramedic before transitioning into nursing. She later spent more than a decade as an Emergency Department Director, leading multidisciplinary teams in high-pressure medical settings. Tonya is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Paramedic who is passionate about helping adolescents and families navigate mental health and substance use challenges with dignity, compassion, and clinical excellence.
