How Our Teen Intensive Outpatient Program Works

Our IOP meets 3 days a week for 3 hours, with sessions typically held in the afternoon or evening to accommodate school schedules. Virtual and in-person options are available based on location and clinical fit.

The program includes 3 hours of group therapy and family therapy per day, 3 days a week, and 1 hour of individual treatment per week, as clinically appropriate. Our IOP program focuses on your teen’s emotional growth and development of coping skills.

How Our Teen Partial Hospitalization Program Works

Our PHP meets 5 days a week for 4 hours, and can serve as a step-down process after completion of our residential program.

Our PHP provides a balanced approach to mental health treatment, allowing teens to live at home and participate in PHP while maintaining their day-to-day routines. This provides for a flexible treatment process. Teens may attend school or have commitments that prevent them from attending in-person treatment. The program includes 20 hrs total of group therapy, individual therapy, and family therapy as clinically appropriate.
